7.3 Mr Mobility will disclose certain personal information when a consumer purchases a deal from Mr Mobility, and the relevant service provider requires the consumer’s details in order to validate the coupon. In such a case, the consumer’s name, email address and phone number, and any other relevant details, will be given to the service provider.
7.4 Mr Mobility will disclose personal details if required by law or in terms of a court order, or if in Mr Mobility’s discretion required to protect the Mr Mobility service.
7.5 Mr Mobility does not intentionally obtain personal information from people under the age of 18.
