Common warranty questions
It helps us find you quickly, but if you don't have it we can usually trace your purchase from your name, phone number or order number.
Yes, against manufacturing defects for six months, double the usual industry standard. Just charge weekly and use the supplied charger. Running a battery flat or damaging it isn't covered.
Within the first 6 months from delivery, we assess any reported fault at no upfront charge, whether by a technician visit, a return to us, or a remote check over WhatsApp, after which we ship any parts needed. If a defect is confirmed, we cover the repair and any transport. If no fault is found, a R650 call-out or assessment fee applies, always confirmed in writing first.
After 6 months, call-out and transport fees apply, always quoted upfront.
