The Healthsmart All Terrain Rollator is my second ‘mobility aid’ purchase from Mr Mobility. The Rollator itself is everything I had hoped it would be, in that it has provided my husband with the ability to move around with more confidence and, best of all, he hasn’t had a fall since it’s arrival. This walker is the best and does all its claimed to. Folds and fits into the boot within 5 seconds, steady on a cobbled road and stone / wood chips. Cant wait to try it out on the beach, I would not expect it to roll on the loose sand but pretty sure it will roll on the wet sand once the tide is out.
We bought this for my partner who is delighted with it. Its a much smoother ride than her old solid plastic tyre walker. I am busy placing an order now for mine while they have stock.

I notice from other reviews that most were purchased by or for men. I purchased one for my elderly mother and while it is everything described in the advertising and reviews, there are some shortcomings for use by women, particularly elderly woman. 1) The seat is too high. I am 158cm and just manage to lift myself onto the seat. At 152cm my Mom can’t manage. 2) When seated my feet dangle in the air …..fold away footrests such as fitted to wheelchairs would be a great improvement. 3) The brake levers are very stiff particularly when trying to lower them.
Having said the above, the service from Mr Mobility was fantastic. Although the rollator can’t be modified in terms of seat height and footrests, they offered to replace it either with another one with loosened brakes or with another product, or to give us a refund upon return of the rollator within 2 weeks.

The all-terrain rollator is a fantastic product. It glides effortlessly across surfaces. The way it folds like a concertina is very practical, as it can fit behind the car seat and boot space stays clear. Handle bar height adjustment is easy to do. I have another brand wheeled walker, top of the range, but it’s no match for Mr Mobility’s all-terrain model.

Thank you Larry and the delivery team for great service. This particular walker has changed my life as it has the air in the wheels. I am young to use a walker but have sps so can’t walk an open area. For years I have been doing the Parkrun with a beautiful solid wheel walker as I could never find a reasonably priced walker with air in the wheels. Today I did my first Parkrun with this walker and what a difference. It has opened my life up to be able to do more off road walks with the family. THANK YOU. Folds very well (concertina fold) but is bigger due to the bigger wheels. I can understand if an elderly person needing one for around the house and little walks along a path the smaller wheel would be better due to the seat also being lower ( if they are short) and the size that they fold in to (they must concertina fold). For someone wanting to do longer outdoor walks don’t hesitate just buy it 🥳 Thank you I am soooo happy . Can’t wait to tell Celine Deon (a fellow sps patient) about my purchase. 🤗

I upgraded from a Healthsmart Plus which I bought from you a few years ago which is still going strong. The difference outdoors is amazing. Very easy to use especially on uneven surfaces. It gives much more confidence to tackle uneven terrain.
Some “negatives”:The seat is a bit too high and a bit too narrow to sit comfortably when necessary but we are working around that. Also the plastic “hub cap” on the rear wheels (one was missing) is flimsy and did not fit well. I changed it.
Apart from the so-called “negatives” I think it is a great rollator and still worth the maximum of 5 stars.
