The pedal exerciser is a must have in an Old Age Home. Most of our residents just loves it to pedal and enjoy the exercise. I have had a very serious back op and my spinal cord had a lot of pressure on it. My legs are not very stable at the moment and I cannot do what I love most, walking my dog all over the place. The pedal bike is allowing me to build up the strength in my legs and it is just so awesome to do some form of exercise whilst I cannot walk properly yet.
