I am 89 and bought this frame for support in the bathroom. I am a little disappointed because our new home has squarish toilets and the frame did not fit even with the height at it’s highest. We removed the lower back horizontal support which helped the fit but it was not as sturdy without that second bar. We have brought the side supports in as much as possible but there is still a gap which makes the stand wobble a bit.
Having said that, once the height was adjusted to accommodate the loss of the horizontal bar, the stand does give support for getting on and off the toilet and for that I am grateful.

Apologies. Now having looked at your photo, I realize we have fitted the frame the wrong way round. We will try again and see if it work better. It would have helped if there had been a picture and some instructions on assembling and fitting the frame.
