    It depends on your medical aid and plan. We give you a quote with the NAPPI code and our practice number so you can check with your scheme, and most customers pay and then claim back. Medical aid help.
    How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
    Delivery is free on orders over R1 500, anywhere in South Africa. Check the estimated arrival date near the Add to Cart button, or ask us about your area.
    What warranty does it come with?
    The frame has a lifetime warranty. In the first year we cover parts and labour, and in the second year parts. Repairs are done by our own technicians. Warranty details.
    Can I return it if it isn't right?
    Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as new and in its original packaging. Returns policy.
    Can I see it before I buy?
    Visit our Cape Town showroom at 67 Carlisle Street, Paarden Eiland (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm). Call 087 000 2025 first to check the model is on display, or ask us for a video.
